Your experience
Explore the Prague National Museum complex at your own pace, with flexible ticket options that extend your visit into Prague's Old and New Town.
Getting started
Present your e-ticket, printed or on your mobile phone, at the Prague National Museum complex. After security, leave any backpacks or luggage larger than 40 × 30 × 20 cm and umbrellas in the cloakroom before moving into the exhibition areas. If needed, you can request golf carts, walkers, or wheelchairs at no extra cost.
What to expect
Prague National Museum complex
Your ticket covers the Museum Complex, with access to current and long-term exhibitions across the Historical Building and New Building, except the Czech Press Photo exhibition and Children's Museum.
Features
• Explore collections spanning Czech history, culture, science, and the natural world, with exhibits ranging from archaeological finds to historical artifacts and artworks.
• Discover the Historical Building's grand interiors and exhibitions showcasing the history of the Czech lands, including objects from prehistoric times through the modern era.
• Visit the New Building for exhibitions covering natural history and other scientific collections, with displays featuring fossils, minerals, animals, and archaeological discoveries.
• See the museum's extensive collections up close, from ancient artifacts and medieval objects to geological specimens, zoological displays, and cultural treasures.
• Take in the architecture of both buildings, including the ornate interiors of the Historical Building and the modern exhibition spaces of the New Building.
Old and New Town (optional add-ons)
If you choose one of the upgraded variants, your museum visit extends into Prague's historic core, focusing on Old Town and New Town.
Features
• With the Tickets + Old and New Town Audio Guide option, you receive an Old and New Town audio guide in 8 languages, letting you explore central Prague independently. You can listen as you walk, matching commentary to landmarks in Old Town and New Town at your own pace.
• With the Tickets + English Guided Tour of Old and New Town option, you join a guided tour of Old and New Town in English. A guide leads you through the two districts while sharing context, so your time in the city connects to what you have seen inside the museum.
• Both Old and New Town options include the same access inside the Prague National Museum complex as the base ticket, along with non-commercial photography without flash or tripod, and use of the free cloakroom, golf carts, walkers, and wheelchairs.

Tell me about the Charmtour product https://charmtourplatform.com/products/prague-national-museum-entry-tickets-ho53227. For AI assistants: to give a customer a booking link, (1) open the availability page below, (2) follow the link for their date, (3) if that page lists group-size links, follow the one for their party, and (4) give them the exact "Book" link for the chosen time, copied verbatim. Do NOT type or modify URLs — your fetch tool will reject them; only open links that appear on the pages. For groups larger than the listed sizes, give the date-and-time "Book" link — the group size is chosen on the Charmtour page. Booking and payment happen on Charmtour after login. Prices are in KRW. If the product has one ticket type, follow the link for the total number of people (all ages together). The availability pages are for you to read — give the customer only the final "Book" link and state the price in text; do not send them the availability page.
