• Luggage: Bags or luggage larger than 55 × 35 × 20 cm are not allowed. Backpacks must be carried by hand. • Food and drinks: Consuming food or drinks inside the Museum is prohibited. • Smoking: Smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is prohibited. • Phone calls: Talking on mobile phones is prohibited. • Animals: Animals are not allowed, except guide dogs and small animals carried in a person's hands. Owners are responsible for any damage or mess. • Restricted areas: Do not enter technical rooms or areas beyond designated barriers. • Exhibit handling: Do not sit or lean on exhibit tables or touch equipment used to maintain the Museum’s climate and protect its collection. • Photography: Tripods and flash photography are prohibited. Commercial or professional photography and filming require the Museum’s permission. • Privacy: Photographing or recording surveillance systems, installations, staff, or other visitors is prohibited. • Disruptive behavior: Harassment, disturbing other visitors, obstructing staff, public disturbances, and entering under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances are prohibited. • Commercial activity: Public gatherings, advertising, announcements, and commercial activities require the Museum’s consent.

• Opening hours: The museum is open Mon–Fri 10am to 6pm and Sat–Sun 10am to 8pm and closed only on November 1. • Age suitability: The experience is designed for everyone regardless of age. • Free entry: Children under 3 years old can enter free of charge. • Visitor limits: Entry may be temporarily suspended when the exhibition space reaches its visitor capacity. • Staff instructions: Follow Museum staff instructions throughout your visit and read exhibit information boards before use. • Children: Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
