Getting started

Present your advance online ticket at the ground-floor entry to ensure fast-track access and guaranteed entry during your chosen timeslot. Expect routine bag searches and potential body scans using hand-held detectors prior to entering the monument. Pack light, as large luggage storage is not available on-site. Access across all upper levels currently involves climbing a historic 64-step spiral staircase, as the main lift is temporarily out of order.
