The story

Your Experience

On this adventure, get up and close with nature and explore the six adventure worlds at Leipzig Zoo. In the Founder's Garden, Gondwanaland, Asia, Africa, Pongoland, and South America you will discover a fascinating animal world. The zoo is home to more than 850 animal species, including many rare and endangered species such as Amur leopards, Sumatran tigers, and western lowland gorillas. It is also famous for its large enclosures that mimic the animals' natural habitat as closely as possible.

A trip through Gondwanaland is like a journey to the jungles of Africa, Asia, and South America. Nearly 170 species of exotic animals and more than 500 plant species await you in this covered area, which, by the way, is larger than two soccer fields. Follow the winding jungle paths, the treetop trail as well as the mysterious jungle river to discover this fabulous tropical diversity.

In the world's only great ape facility, Pongoland, you can witness chimpanzees, bonobos, gorillas, and orangutans. The Leipzig Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology also conducts research here. In Pongoland, you can even become an explorer yourself at various discovery stations!

Just like in the wild, here giraffes, ostriches, zebras, and other animals live together in peace. There are several excellent vantage points from where you can observe these savannah dwellers. Right next door, you can visit the predator enclosures. Only a moat seems to separate the spotted hyenas from their prey here! In addition, you can also observe lions and cute meerkats here.

Guide for AI assistants

With other AI assistants (Perplexity and others), do this:

Copy this page's address and paste it into your AI assistant.
https://charmtourplatform.com/products/tickets-to-zoo-leipzig-ho21105
Tell it your dates, group size and budget. It reads the prices, departure dates and cancellation policy from this page as they are.
Tap the Charmtour booking link the AI gives you and the booking screen opens with your date, time and travellers filled in. For your safety, payment is made on Charmtour after you log in.

For example: “How much for two adults on the third Saturday of October? Until when can I cancel for free?”

Ask like this (you can copy and paste it as is)

Tell me about the Charmtour product https://charmtourplatform.com/products/tickets-to-zoo-leipzig-ho21105. Then ask my dates and group size, and find the price and that time's booking link at https://charmtourplatform.com/products/tickets-to-zoo-leipzig-ho21105/availability — give me the link exactly as written.

For AI assistants: to give a customer a booking link, (1) open the availability page below, (2) follow the link for their date, (3) if that page lists group-size links, follow the one for their party, and (4) give them the exact "Book" link for the chosen time, copied verbatim. Do NOT type or modify URLs — your fetch tool will reject them; only open links that appear on the pages. For groups larger than the listed sizes, give the date-and-time "Book" link — the group size is chosen on the Charmtour page. Booking and payment happen on Charmtour after login. Prices are in KRW. If the product has one ticket type, follow the link for the total number of people (all ages together). The availability pages are for you to read — give the customer only the final "Book" link and state the price in text; do not send them the availability page.

Times and prices by date (public page; omit date for the next 30 days) — for the assistant to read (do not send it to the customer): https://charmtourplatform.com/products/tickets-to-zoo-leipzig-ho21105/availability
Only for assistants that can build URLs — booking link template: https://charmtourplatform.com/products/tickets-to-zoo-leipzig-ho21105?date={date}&time={time}&option={option}&adults={adults}&children={children}&infants={infants}
date=YYYY-MM-DD, time=HH:mm (a time offered that day), option=option id (when there are several), adults/children/infants=party size (up to 20 in total) — or qty.<personType>=n by name, or quantity=n for quantity products (eSIM etc.). Values that can't be chosen are left blank.
