Accessibility

• The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. • Strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are present at the venue for children and guests with impaired movement. • Strollers can be rented at a 15 SGD fee while the cost of renting a mobility scooter is SGD 20 for the first three hours and an additional 5 SGD for every subsequent hour. Wheelchairs are free of charge. • For the Amazon River Quest Boat Ride, guests must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided. • The boat ride is not accessible by wheelchair users. • As the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes, and minor bumping, this experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with motion sickness or dizziness, heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, back and/or neck disorders, and impaired physical health.
