The experience continues with a generous tapas-style meal, known in Greece as “mezedes,” served in a restaurant area overlooking the vineyards. The mostly vegetarian menu includes local bread, Greek salad, tzatziki, tirokafteri, eggplant salad, and other traditional specialties — perfectly designed for pairing with the wines you’ve tasted. To conclude, step inside the distillery area to learn about the distillation process and enjoy a tasting of local grape distillate, tsipouro, traditionally served as a digestive.
