Getting started

This will cost you US$9. • The pickup time will be confirmed 24 hours before the tour. • Your tour includes travel insurance. • The tour will continue as planned, come rain or shine. You will be contacted in case of changes due to severe weather. • A minimum of four people is required for the tour to proceed. If this requirement isn’t met, you will be provided an alternative, or your tour will be cancelled with a refund. • If your hotel falls outside Tulum city or the Tulum Hotel Zone, an extra fee will be charged for pick-up.
