The Montelin Apartments are located in a beautiful residential area of Puerto Pollensa, only 150m from the local beach and 8 minutes on foot from the resort centre. The quietness of the surrounding area and the buildings layout make this complex a haven of tranquillity, where guests can unwind, sunbathe and enjoy a dip in the swimming pool. The complex was refurbishment in 2013 and all rooms recently updated with new furniture.-sofa beds are now real beds with cushions.-Walk-in showers (no bathtubs)- Hairdryer-Safe without extra charge -Free Wifi in, the whole building -Bike garage (capacity for 20 bikes) with all facilities like tools, washer, pump etcGuests staying at the Montelin can also use all the facilities of the neighbouring Villaconcha complex, which include 24-hour reception, a la carte restaurant, entertainment with evening shows and live music, Internet corner and pool table, among others. Due to its location and facilities, the Montelin is particularly recommended for couples and young families seeking a truly relaxing break and good value for money.Please note that some facilities (such as safety deposit box) may incur extra local charges. Cot is on request and free of charge.
