What to expect

Nairobi National Park

Bordering Kenya's capital, Nairobi National Park is the only national park located right next to a city, which creates a distinctive backdrop for big game viewing and photography.

Features

• Look out for big game such as lions, leopards, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, and some of the over 400 recorded bird species as you traverse open plains and bush. Your guide uses the pop-up roof of the 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser so you can stand and get clear views and photos while remaining inside the vehicle.
• Visit the Ivory Burning Site Monument, a powerful historic spot that marks Kenya's 1989 anti-poaching stance, and hear how this event shaped wildlife conservation efforts in the country.
• Benefit from having an expert English-speaking safari driver guide who shares insight into animal behavior, tracks wildlife with RF wildlife radios installed in all safari vehicles, and communicates with other drivers to help locate key species.
• Make use of the exclusive 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof for the entire safari, with safari accessories such as a First Aid kit, cooler box, and fire extinguisher on board, plus 1 liter of bottled water provided for you during the drive.
• Rely on included Nairobi National Park entrance fees, all government taxes and levies, and a 24-hour emergency contact number so that logistics, permits, and support are handled in advance and you can focus fully on the game drive.
