Doha Private City Tour and Desert Safari

Your Experience

Explore Doha’s landmarks and nearby desert on a private 8 hour city and desert tour with an English-speaking experienced tour guide and driver.

Getting started

Your day begins as you travel in a private air-conditioned 4WD vehicle with free WiFi for your 8 hour private city and desert tour. As you travel with your English-speaking experienced tour guide and driver, you head toward the desert area that hosts the dune activities.

Dune bashing and arrival activities

What to expect

The desert section starts with your driver taking the private air-conditioned 4WD into the sand for a dedicated dune bashing session. This part of the tour focuses on the shifting dunes and the off-road capabilities of the vehicle before you continue to the desert activity area.

Features

• You remain in your private air-conditioned 4WD vehicle with free WiFi as your guide handles dune bashing across soft sand slopes and ridges.
• Water bottles, Arabic coffee, or soft drinks are available so you can stay refreshed between desert activities.

Desert activities and cultural encounters

What to expect

After dune bashing, the pace slows so you can try traditional desert experiences and capture photos. This is where you meet the animals, step out of the vehicle, and experience the desert from ground level.

Features

• A short camel ride is included, giving you time seated on the camel as handlers lead you across the sand for a classic Gulf desert experience.
• You can take a picture with a falcon as part of the tour, posing with the bird under staff supervision for a keepsake photo.
