Guests who suffer from claustrophobia and/or acrophobia should consult with a team member before visiting. • Guests are subject to security screening, including but not limited to an x-ray examination and/or inspection of bags. • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 20. • Operation of the Glass Tray and Peak is subject to changes in weather. • If guests are unable to access the rooftop on the 78th floor due to rain after visiting the indoor observatory on the 74th floor, they may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby). Please note that refunds will not be issued. • For daytime and sunset tickets, the cut-off time for same-day visits is before 3pm (TH Time).
