Getting started

Arrive at the training facility in time for your scheduled 1-hour session and check in for your selected option, either the group class or the private class. After a brief introduction from the certified Muay Thai instructors, you will gear up with hand wraps and boxing gloves. Once everyone is ready, you will move straight onto the training area to begin.
